Terrorists acts

Polish radio announced that Police of Chelm city arrested man carrying in bag about 12 kilos tnt based explosives. Man was taken from the very centre of residential quarter of Chelm. After that police spokesman said that Andrzej P. was arrested after 3 months of investigation, and action was very risky, because he has bag with explosives on back, and nobody can know if he doesnot want to blow himself up. Policemen are now trying to determine from whom he get those explosives. For illegal holding of explosives can Andrzej go to jail up to 8 years.
