Terrorists acts

George Bush want all old nuclear warheads placed together in one highly secured place. Those nukes arent usable anymore, and they are now only in risk to be stolen and misused for terrorism. That is obviously good plan, everyone can be afraid of terrorists exploding nuke in city, problem is, that US dont want to use isotopes from old warheads in power plants, but to regenerate it slightly, and make from it new nukes. And that is really big international problem, country talking all around about peace making more than 100 nukes a year? And even worse, country which already proven, that they are able to use nuke at inhabited city, twice? I now really fear about worlds security.
